The container cloud represented by Docker and Kubernetes has the advantages of less additional resource overhead and shorter start-up and destruction time.However there are still resource management issues such as over-supply and under-supply.In order to allow the Kubernetes cluster to respond “in advance” to the resource usage of the applications deployed on it,and then to schedule and allocate resources in a timely,accurate and dynamic manner based on the predicted value,a cloud resource prediction model based on triple exponential smoothing method and temporal convolutional network was proposed,based on historical data to predict future demand for resources.To find the optimal combination of parameters,the parameters were optimized using TPOT thought.Experiments on the CPU and memory of the Google dataset show that the model has better prediction performance than other models. 相似文献

对具有时间属性的数据进行数据挖掘称为时态数据挖掘,用以发现数据在时间上的知识,当数据变化不规律时,如股票交易数据,就很难发现有价值的规律与规则。而神经网络具有并行、容错、可以硬件实现以及自我学习的优点,可作为股票分类预测应用的一种方法。通过将股票数据与时态型相结合,将股票数据转换成时态型股票数据,提出时态神经网络模型的分类方法,对收集的若干上市公司十年内的股票数据进行分析,构建了时态股票数据神经网络分类器对股票进行分类预测。经过实验验证,相比改进前的神经网络和支持向量机方法,该分类器具有更高的分类准确率。结果证明,这种时态数据神经网络模型对于多只股票的分类预测是非常有效的,可以很好地运用到股票市场的分类预测中。 相似文献

The collaborative curation of semistructured knowledge has become a popular paradigm on the web and also within enterprises. In such knowledge bases a common structure of the stored information is crucial for providing efficient and precise search facilities. The MSVL is a temporal logic programming language. It can be used to verify C, Verilog/VHDL programs. To do so, a program written in C or Verilog/VHDL is translated to an MSVL program, and then the task is changed to verify MSVL programs. However, at present, the correctness of MSVL programs can only be proved by hand with deductive approaches. This is tedious and error-prone. To handle this problem, an automatic theorem proving technique for the MSVL based on the interactive theorem prover PVS is proposed. To this end, first the syntax and semantics of the MSVL are described in the specification language of PVS, which enables MSVL programs to be correctly recognized by PVS. Further, an axiomatic system of the MSVL and some theorems are specified. Then the proof commands of PVS are input for invoking the PVS prover to deduce MSVL programs. During verification, simple details can be proved by PVS automatically while complex steps are controlled by human. In this way, MSVL programs can be verified semi-automatically, which facilitates the deduction of MSVL programs. An instance of the bakery algorithm is given to show that our method is feasible. 相似文献

以汾河上游四个水文站月径流资料为基础,选取常用的六种概率分布拟合了月、季、年时间尺度下的径流量,并进行了拟合优度检验,判断出汾河上游水文站不同时间尺度下径流服从的最佳分布函数,根据最佳分布函数计算标准化径流指数,分析不同时间尺度下的水文干旱时空变化特征。结果表明,汾河上游不同站点在不同时间尺度下服从的概率分布并不统一;不同时间尺度下四个水文站的标准化径流指数变化具有较好的一致性;1956~2000年标准化径流指数总体呈下降趋势,水文干旱逐年加重;西北部干旱程度逐渐减轻,东南部干旱严重程度逐渐加重。 相似文献

采用不同通风量进行菇渣与猪粪高温共发酵,研究通风对发酵过程中堆体温度的时空变化的影响。结果表明,通风使堆体温度呈现出明显的梯度效应,不同处理各发酵时期的温度分布均由剖面中部向四周不断降低。高温区域的位置和面积随发酵时间呈动态变化规律,升温期温度在发酵罐中上部积聚,高温分布区类似椭圆形,高温期椭圆面积逐渐向堆体中部扩散和扩大,随后高温面积不断递减并向中下部迁移,降温期堆体各区域温度趋于一致。由等值线的疏密程度可知,温度的空间变异性大体呈现出高温期>第2次高温期>升温期>降温期的规律。结合试验各阶段的温度变化并考虑节能降耗,得出发酵升温期和高温期分别以0.05,0.067m3/(d·m3)进行通风,二次高温期与降温期以0.033 m3/(d·m3)进行通风条件最佳。 相似文献

Abstract Two groups of subjects designated ‘good’ (n= 12) and ‘poor’ (n= 10) catchers on the basis of a task-specific criterion were required to catch, one-handed, balls projected from a ball-projection machine under eight different conditions. Four of these comprised the ‘environment illuminated’ conditions (full light; hand obscured by an opaque screen; a see-through screen and an external vertical reference frame in the field of view) and four others the ‘environment dark’ conditions (catching hand wearing a glove painted with luminescent paint and u. v. illuminated ball in an otherwise dark room; ball illuminated by u. v. light; luminescent hand and external luminescent vertical reference plus u. v. illuminated ball; u. v.-illuminated ball, plus luminescent vertical reference). While clear and significant differences - as was to be expected from the selection criteria imposed - were shown between the groups of ‘good’ and ‘poor’ catchers for all three dependent variables-number of catches, spatial errors and temporal errors-it was demonstrated that, for both groups, degrading the environment, by reducing the information available, resulted in a significant performance decrement on the dependent variables ‘number of catches’ and ‘temporal errors’. ‘Poor’ catchers were also shown to make significantly more spatial errors than ‘good’ catchers. Whereas the latter finding confirms earlier findings reported in the literature, the significant effect on performance of degrading the environment -particularly with respect to temporal errors - is new. The finding is discussed in the framework of the use of ‘tau’ (time to contact) in making judgements about when to initiate the grasp response. 相似文献

为研究不同大小尺寸岩石破坏过程中的声发射时空分布和演化规律及其对岩石破坏过程声发射的影响,以某矿山岩石力学参数为依据,利用数值软件对相同高径比、不同大小尺寸的6组岩样进行试验研究。试验表明当岩样尺寸小时,大的声发射事件主要出现在岩样大破裂贯通前后,声发射在岩样中从当初的随机性分布,到过峰值载荷之后大量集聚在岩样中部。试样尺寸较大时,未达到峰值应力前声发射较少出现,且分布弥散,大的声发射事件仅在峰值载荷后出现1次,其能量和数量均是声发射历史上最显著的,在试样中两处聚集成核,这与不同尺寸岩样内部包含不同缺陷强度离散性有密切关系。 相似文献
